So on Saturday afternoon my sister and I had an urge to make cupcakes. I'll be honest in saying I'm a very inexperienced baker or cook, so I still tend to use pre-pack cake mix at the moment (still delicious!). In the near future though I want to be making things from scratch. As I hope you can tell, we went with a Valentine's theme which suited me just fine as I completely adore all things pink and girly. Watching the red/pink cake mix develop is so satisfying, mmm.
