Edinburgh festivities.

Just wanted to capture some moments from our visit to the Edinburgh Christmas market this year. They've slightly changed it up and it was busier than ever (not in a good way) but everything was still very beautiful! We went a week before Christmas and it truly got me into the spirit...even if we'd already been non-stop watching Christmas movies since the end of November...

Hot gin toddies (so yum & perfect for warming hands), and I also spotted a vegan food van.

A lovely cinnamon French galette (basically a gf vegan crepe).

We walked past The Dome and through St Andrew's square afterwards - gorgeous lights everywhere.

Before we headed home we popped into a fairly new bookstore for a browse. It's absolutely amazing and the ladders reminded us of the shop scene in Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory. I also picked up these pretty flowers which were reduced - yellow sticker flowers are the best.

Our night was finished off by making some mulled wine and watching Krampus, which if you've never seen is a horror comedy based around the devil version of Santa and I love it.
