Simple cupcakes on a grey day.

Yesterday afternoon was rather a dull one, so my sister and I decided to bake ourselves some cupcakes. Now I wish I could say we made these from scratch, but we didn't have enough ingredients and couldn't be bothered leaving the house. Luckily we had a box mix to use. The box was for vanilla flavoured cupcakes with strawberry frosting, but once we made the frosting we didn't like it so we used some chocolate icing instead. They actually tasted really good! Next time though I want to follow a proper cake recipe because I need the practice.
