Magical log cabin.

All I wanted to do for my birthday this year was get away to somewhere beautiful & secluded in the countryside. We found the most perfect place on airbnb which was eco friendly & of course had a hot tub (this did require 4 hours of work each night hahaha). We had stocked up on all our favourite foods for breakfasts & dinners, brought along our current books & a couple of dvds to pop on if we felt like it. Into The Wild ended up being our very apt choice one of the nights, though we only got halfway through as the bed was just too damn comfy to stay awake for long.

It was so nice to switch off for the weekend, and it really made us appreciate the simple things in life more like sitting at the table to have a proper breakfast together and just zoning out to read our books or play games.

I've got more photos to share of the adventures we had in and around Perth but I'll save that for a separate post as there's just too many nice ones!
