I thought I'd share my favourite (and very simple) smoothie to have for breakfast, or any time of the day really. I have this quite a few times a week, and my family enjoy it too so I know it's a good one! It's so quick to make so it's great if you want something really healthy in the mornings but don't have the energy to make anything too complex (generally, who does?). Feel free to let me know if you have any other great smoothie recipes!
Makes 4 - 6 small servings
2 ripe bananas
1 cup raspberries (frozen is best)
1 cup milk
1 cup vanilla yoghurt
Pinch of salt
